2. Accounts & Registration

To access certain features such as listing a company, managing services/products, bookmarking favorites, or posting reviews, you must register for an account:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify YellDial immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or security breach of your account.

3. Business Listing Guidelines

Business owners submitting listings to YellDial agree to adhere strictly to the following standards:

• Authenticity & Authorization: You represent and warrant that you are the rightful owner or authorized representative of the business being listed.
• Accurate Details: Business name, address, phone numbers, email, operating hours, categories, and keyword tags must be truthful and regularly updated.
• Prohibited Content: You must not list illegal services, deceptive schemes, counterfeit goods, adult content, defamatory materials, or misleading promotional claims.
• Moderation Rights: YellDial reserves the right to review, edit, reject, or deactivate any listing that violates our editorial guidelines or quality criteria.

4. User Reviews & Ratings

YellDial encourages genuine feedback to help consumers make informed purchasing decisions:

• Reviews must reflect genuine first-hand experiences with the business.
• Users must not post fake, defamatory, abusive, or incentivized reviews (e.g. paying for 5-star ratings or leaving competitor-sabotage reviews).
• YellDial implements automated and manual review moderation systems. We reserve the full right to remove reviews that violate our community guidelines.

5. Premium & Featured Listings

YellDial offers paid advertising packages (e.g. Featured Listings, Premium Badges, Priority Search Placement, and banner ad placements):

• Paid promotional placements are subject to agreement terms, durations, and payment schedules communicated during the listing upgrade process.
• Fees paid for priority placements are non-refundable once the campaign or listing upgrade has been activated, except where mandated by applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform design, branding, trademarks, logos, code, software, search indexing algorithms, and visual interfaces are the proprietary property of YellDial and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

By submitting business logos, photos, and descriptions, you grant YellDial a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, promote, index, and format such content across our directory platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

YellDial operates as a local business search directory and discovery intermediary. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the quality, safety, legality, or reliability of any goods or services offered by third-party businesses listed on our platform.

The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YellDial and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the directory, business interactions, or inability to access services.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate any user account or business listing at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we determine that a user has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activities, or harmed other users.
